Big news from the hydrogen space
We’re proud to share that our co-founder Edvin Berggren has been officially invited — and has accepted — a role as one of the Founding Members of the American Hydrogen Health Association (AHHA) 🇺🇸, where he will be representing Nord Hydrogen.
Why does that matter?
Because AHHA is the first serious initiative aiming to clean up and raise the standards in the hydrogen health industry.
Right now, the market’s flooded with low-quality H₂ devices — some that even produce harmful byproducts like ozone and fluoride. That’s not just sketchy… it’s dangerous.
This association brings together scientists, companies and policymakers who actually care about:
-
Safety
-
Transparency
-
Science-based results
And as a founding member, Edvin will be a part of actively shaping how the industry moves forward — deciding on the code of conduct, product standards, and making sure the science leads the way.
Here’s what Edvin says about the invitation:
“I think this could be a really exciting opportunity. Molecular hydrogen already has medical consensus in parts of Asia — but here in the West, we’re lagging behind. What we see from Europe is clear: developments in the U.S. often drive what happens here too. So being part of this — even in a small way — feels both exciting and meaningful.”
We believe in the real potential of molecular hydrogen.
But only if it’s done right.
So yeah… proud moment for us. And hopefully a step towards more trust and quality in this field we love.
